Jane T., the Administrator, makes this community what it is by her friendliness, compassion, and passion. The staff mirrors these qualities. The community is clean and has a quaint charm, making it visually appealing. Interactions with residents have been positive, reflecting their happiness as well.

Raintree is so beautiful! The rooms are spacious and newly constructed. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The administrator, Jane, is wonderful and goes out of her way to take care of her residents. Highly recommend Raintree Assisted Living!

My mom has been here at this facility for over a year and they are very kind and on top of her needs. The New cook Isaiah is amazing. My mom loves his menu and the food. The staff at Raintree are always willing to help if you have any questions.The new manager of Raintree Marcel is amazing and his door is always open to any concerns.

Raintree is the best senior living facility out there! Nestor the kitchen cook makes the yummiest food for the residents and is willing to go out of his way at any time to get the residents what they need/want. Having Chandler as the administrator there has been one of the best things! He does his job so well & is so positive & welcoming along with all the staff who cares for the residents. The building is so welcoming and so family like when you walk in. Everyone gets along so well & there is always such a positive attitude when you are there!

Our mother lives Raintree and do do we. Everyone is so friendly, staff and residents. The food is great and the activities are wonderful. They help residents connect and really work hard to make it feel like home

I know this may look funny posting right after that last review but I literally just checked my mom in over the last hour and the head nurse and administrator were more than phenomenal. They have been so accommodating to our situation and so personable. The administrator even gave me her personal cell phone to help make things more smooth.They invited me and my daughter to eat some dinner with them and the food was great. we asked the other patients if they liked it here and they all said I enjoyed the food and their activities and they felt very happy here.The common areas is bigger and some of the other places we looked at and the residence there right now were even introducing themselves to my mom.I saw these reviews when I went to look up the address and saw that somebody else had a bad communication experience but this was completely opposite from our experience.And if I never update this post then everything continue to go well.
